There are 4 treatments in this test.

1. 10% application of invincible suspension agent 50ml / mu;

2. 5.7% Escapement (A-dimensional salt) 100ml / mu;

3. 20% Kangkuan suspending agent 15ml + 5% Qi Jue (Avi) 50ml;

4. Blank control area (CK).

The area of each application area is 182 square meters, and the area of CK area is 308 square meters. Except for processing factors, other management measures are consistent.

Test location: Shaoxing Plain rice field (contracted fields of Huanglin brother household of Hanjialou Natural Village, Wuhe Village, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing),

Test type: direct seeded early rice, variety "Zhongjiazao 17".

Sowing time: On April 12, the seeding rate was 6.5㎏ / mu, and the rice seedlings belonged to the early hair type.

Experimental field environment: To the south is the winter idle field of hybrid rice planted last year, and there are certain sources of diploid maggots.

Application time: spray when the discolored leaf sheath in the field is first seen (May 19th, that is, the first-generation larvae of the second generation pupae hatch from the first instar stage)

Application method: a knapsack electric sprayer is used, and the spraying liquid volume per mu is 30㎏. The irrigation layer in the field is about 3mm, and the water is retained for 3 days after the medicine.

When the test solution is prepared in the application area, add 50ml / mu of bactericide "Aike" and 18ml / mu of organic silicon auxiliary agent per mu.

Examination effect: The prevention effect was examined at 11 days and 22 days after application.

Weather conditions: The weather was cloudy and windless at the time of application, and the application ended at 9:45. The light rain began 1 hour after the treatment, and turned to intermittent light to moderate rain at noon; the rain time on the day after the application was about 3 hours.

The thunderstorm weather is 1 to 2 days after the application;

The weather was cloudy on the 3rd day after application.

Test summary:

Shi Wudi (10% carbamazepine SC) was administered in a timely manner from the peak of egg hatching to the 1st instar larvae in the middle of pupae, showing a good control effect, a long-lasting effect, and effective control of The harm of pupae to rice was good in protecting seedlings.

According to Professor Gao, the residual concentration of active ingredients of metavinic salt varieties with low content was close to zero about 4 days after application in the application process, while the residual concentrations of high content varieties were still lower than The initial residual concentration of metformin compound is much larger.
